Tampons??

Im going on vacation soon and I will be having my period those days so I decided I would give tampons a try. Any tips?

Hey I just started using tampons, and honestly they are not that bad just make sure you have the right size and wear a pad just in case

Definitely should change them every couple hours if you are swimming and if you have a heavy flow so they don’t leak out. Also if you are gonna be in a swimsuit you can cut the string a little short so it isn’t noticeable.

Make sure if you are going to start using tampons you properly insert it. If not it can be very painful. Just read the instructions carefully.
