Just make sure you’re not on your period since that will make it hurt more. And wear loose panties and shorts for the rest of the day. It doesn’t hurt that bad and I know European Wax gives you 50% off if it’s your first time

I get it done every month, it's my only weird indulgence. IT HURTS THE FIRST TIME but it's worth it. don't get a strip wax, get the hard wax from European Wax Center. no caffeine or drinking before. pop a few aspirin
