Ovary problem?

I'm 9w5d and noticed I've had slight pain, nothing crazy, when pressure is applied where I believe my left ovary would be. I've already had an ultrasound and they never said anything about cysts or anything. What should I do? Should I be worried?

They never told me I had a cyst and when I complained at my next appointment she then told me I had one and that it would go away in a month (which it did). Mine was on and off pain not only when pressure was applied, though. A lot of doctors won’t tell you things like that because they don’t want you to freak out over nothing.
