I’m 32 weeks and babe is still head up. My OB said they worry at 36 weeks. But my placenta is at the top and during the last ultrasound he was all snuggled into it, so the tech was like at this point he doesn’t want to turn bc babies find comfort in the placenta. But he still has time to turn... although his butt is wedged in my pelvis and multiple times a day sometimes it feels like he’s trying to turn but can quite get his butt to move. 🤷🏼‍♀️ this is my third baby and my only breech one. My girls were head down since 18 weeks.

I’m 28 weeks and baby is breech. I know it’s still early but I’ve gone onto spinning babies website and started trying some of their exercises and things. Also I realised that I sit often at home with my knees raised and pelvis tilted forwards on the sofa. That’s the exact thing that can make babies go into a breech position. Now I’ve found out that if you sit with knees below level of hips, and pelvis tilted back you’re in a better position for baby to go head down.

Mine was breech at 29 weeks and by 34ish weeks she had flipped. Look into spinningbabies.com. I swear those exercises helped me. I also exercised in general a lot so I think that had many benefits.

It was so weird feeling mine flip. She flipped at 28 Weeks and stayed there. Your uterus favors head down position
