Strange spots

Anybody know what these are?!?!? I started with just one on the bottom of my foot. But slowly I’m getting more and more. They’re not itchy or they don’t hurt either. But they are just a bit dry. I’ve been putting some natural ointment on it that I’ve heard works wonders. But nothing seems to help it
