Posting about my miscarriage

I got pregnant in December and miscarried at 11 weeks in February. I never publicly announced my pregnancy, but I want to bring light to this topic and post on social media about it. I don't want to come off like I'm searching for attention or anything, but I don't know what to post. I was thinking maybe a picture of a quote and then my story. How can I make sure it doesn't sound self pitying?
