Why don’t I eat?!
So recently I haven’t been eating, at all. A couple months ago I was eating A LOT, like excessively. But recently, I won’t eat a thing, I’ll have one chip or something and that’s literally it. I only ever come to realize that I haven’t eaten when I’m in bed about to go to sleep. I never feel nauseous, or hungry even when I’m at work in a 100 degree factory constantly moving and standing on my feet. Anyone have any answers for me? Or any suggestions that’ll help me get into the habit of eating? Thanks! 😇
