How are your 1 yr olds sleeping nowadays?

13 months and sleep is finally shifting. She goes to sleep on her own and is much more conked out. Usually wakes up once to nurse but I’m fine with it since it used to be 6 times a night. No sleep training, just time.

Most nights she sleeps straight through, it's been a huge change! Until 11 months old she was up almost every hour, it was killing me. I finally had to force myself to sleep train her. It only took a few days for her to get used to it. Now, she's a champ and I can lay her down before she's actually asleep! It's been such a relief because I'm finally getting sleep too!

Still sleeping through the night (since 5 weeks old). 6:30pm fo 7am.

He’s been a good sleeper, but wakes once for some milk. Not every night, but a couple  times a week. He doesn’t like to be held and cuddled to sleep, just laid down and told goodnight.

My son slept through the night since the day he was born! he was great. literally would have to wake him for feeds when he was a new born. But in the last week he's been waking up once or twice crying he's eyes out and looking for comfort. he's getting 4 teeth through this week so I'm assuming it's that mostly. he's also learnt how to stand and pull himself up.. so he likes to practice it in his cot in the middle of the night lol. all part of it I guess!

She's been sleeping through the night since she was about 6 months old. She is getting random nightmares though. Once or twice a week she wakes up screaming and freaking out. It's the saddest thing.
