PCOS?

Question

So i went into the dr. because of irregular periods, recurring breast cysts, vag smell (turned out to be bv) etc., and they ran my blood checking for hormone imbalances.. they said possible pcos.. i wanna know what you all think, def pcos or still maybe ? 
low estrogen
low progesterone
high testosterone
high androgens?(not completely sure what that means?)
high tsh, but they tested t3 and t4 and they were normal.. 
high cholesterol 
pre diabetic

Have you had a transvaginal 
ultrasound yet to look for cysts? 
I was diagnosed with pcos last summer, I have super irregular periods and a lot of missed ones, some extra hair growth, really high testosterone and low estrogen. I didn’t have an abnormal amount of cysts but was diagnosed off the blood work alone. From what you’ve said it does sound like it could be pcos, but your dr should be able to give you a more definitive answer soon. I’ve been on metformin for about a month and have lost about 10 pounds and have changed diet and lifestyle and added in a ton of vitamins and supplements to try and combat it!
