peeing problem.?

my piss doesn't come out right away i have to push it out its weird i can have the feeling of having to pee really bad but I'll still have to push for a few seconds.. i thought it was normal until every girl that went to the bathroom in high school their piss came right out where mine takes a little longer i had this problem for as long as I can remember, it's been years. it doesnt burn or anything.. does this happen to anyone else. should I be worried?
