Ava fertility tracker?

Hey guys, my husband and I have recently started ttc. We are on month 3 of trying. 
I have a history of PCOS (had a hemorrhagic cyst rupture the size of a grapefruit at 16 and had to have it removed) but still have both of my ovaries. 
Has anyone tried the Ava ring? And with PCOS? 
Any recommendations or tips would be great!!

I dont have PCOS, and I'm not sure what types of things in your cycle it affects, but I do have the bracelet and its way easier to track things for me. it uses your body temp and heart rate to track ovulation.

I hear Ava doesn’t work for people with PCOS 😕unless your cycles are really normal and like clock work then it should!!

It’s not recommended for people with PCOS, and it’s a lot of money to waste if it doesn’t work. I currently use OvuSense which is an vaginal temp sensor & has picked up my ovulation really well, would totally recommend x
