Jar food compared to our food
Hi guys i was wondering what you all give your babies to eat now that were in the 9 month marks, my baby doesn’t really eat much of my food I feed her mostly jar food but I do feel I should be giving her more of our food , sometimes i let her have little bits of what I’m eating, can you guys give me some insight on what you usually do for mealtime for baby ? Also what foods are you giving him/her if it’s not jar , tia !!
