Chances of pregnancy

So I was told that I have PCOS and my fiancé and are trying to get pregnant. I have had a regular period for the past 2 months now. And according to the app I’m at my highest chance of pregnancy. Do y’all think that’s right or I’m getting my hopes up for nothing ?
