Looks Too small for 8 weeks .. You suppose to detect a heart beat at 8 weeks. I had a transvaginal when I was 7+5 if you want to see the pic let me know. Good luck I hope she was wrong about the GA ( gestational age)

This looks more like a 6 week ultrasound. You could have ovulated late
