Hi all!

How many of you have facial scarring from teenage spots/acne? Have you successfully reduced the appearance of scarring? Then what do you use?!

I’ve had outbreaks since I was twelve years old and can’t remember what my skin is supposed to look like! I’m twenty three now and I’m tired of having no confidence leaving the house without wearing foundation. I still don’t have the greatest skin but that’s just something I’ve grown to accept is my normal. If I could get rid of the old scarring though it would give me such a huge confidence boost and make me feel so much happier looking in the mirror.

I have tried bio oil however I don’t think it made a difference and didn’t feel it was the best thing to put in my face - (I have combination skin, usually normal with small dry areas however can become oily depending on my cycle).

I have really been considering for a long time now a deep chemical peel as it gets to me so much but I know it could lead to further scarring/skin damage so would like to exhaust all other possible solutions first! What do you find works best?

P.S. I’m a UK resident just to bare in mind when suggesting products :)
