Anyone else feeling spontaneous real contractions (not Braxton) ? I get BH all the time so I know exactly how they feel and this was much different.

This morning I woke up at 4:30 and had a feeling of strong menstrual cramps that felt like a band around my lower belly and lower back. It lasted 5-10 seconds and went away. I’ve had some very mild cramps but no more strong ones. Doctor appointment today so I will ask him but I’m just curious if anyone else has had this?
