Serious cause for concern

This happened in week 5 five. It was only one day it was this much. The other days have been very light and or only when I wipe. I went to the ER they ruled out ectopic but they couldn’t find baby on transvaginal ultrasound. My HCG increased. Yesterday I had a single spot of red. It really freaked me out. I’m not sure what I should do.
