Pregnant and on progesterone suppositories!! Help

OK, so I really don’t want to freak myself out here but I can’t help it after having four losses, this is the first time that the doctors told me my hCG levels were doubling perfect but for some reason every once in a while when I wipe I see a little bit of brown discharge, could this possibly be from the progesterone suppositories irritating my cervix?
