Breastmilk heated- Shaken or stirred?
I remember reading somewhere that shaking breastmilk starts to break it down.
If that’s the case how do you get the fat that separated off back into the milk? When it was in the fridge and what about milk that was frozen. Can you like swirl it around? Is this even true?
