Urine Concentration
Ok this is going to be strange. When testing I know fmu is best because of the concentration of hormone BUT I go to the toilet a few times during the night (I struggle to last more than 2.5-3 hours).
Would you test at 1am, 4am or 7am?? They are my normal times to wake up every night and I’ve been this way my whole life.
I’ve been checked and there’s no reason medically it’s just the way I am lol.
