is this normal with mastitis? ðŸ˜
so i developed mastitis about 4-5 days ago after what we thought was a yeast infection in my nipples and the most painful part of my boobs is my nipples which are RED and sore and basically the death of me lol. is this normal for having mastitis? any recommendations for relieving pain? ive been living with heat packsand ice packs inside my bra 24/7 😂
my nipple is usually about the same shade as my areola if not a little lighter
