Could I be having a miscarriage?????

So 2 weeks ago I had an US and was measuring 5w3d. Today I had another US and should be 7w3d but they said I’m measuring at 5w5d. They said they only see the gestational sack with nothing inside. I’m in disbelief right now.. I don’t see my OB for another 2 days.. I don’t know what to think at this point..

I’m so sorry but it doesn’t sound promising. You should (most likely) at least see a baby by now and the fact that instead of 2 weeks, your just 2 days more. Are they checking blood work or doing another ultrasound?

That sounds very concerning. Did they check blood work? 
Who did the ultrasound? At my office you always see a Dr right after the ultrasound....  I would call your Dr if it were me.
