I’m never going to get a positive on these things

so I’ve been trying to catch when I ovulate really hard because of how irregular I am I’ve been or BC since I was about 15/16 to sort them out and I came of depo around 5 months ago now and luckily had a period every month but I feel like I’m never going to be able to catch when I’m ovulating and it’s so frustrating!
