This will sound bad. It depends on who the loved one is. Husband and kids, I would save them in a heartbeat. Without a thought. If it was my 96 yo great grandmother, I'd probably save 5 others. If it was my POS brother, I'd save 5 others.

depends on who those 5 people are. if they're bad people why would anyone choose them over a loved one. if they're decent people why choose one.life over 5. all in all it depends on the person deciding. no life is worth more than another.
