Strange discharge I found after wiping. Does this look normal or does this mean something?

I got that during my period once too, except it was covered in blood (duh). My Gyno said it’s part of the endometrial layer thats shedding so it could be replaced with a new one and sometimes a big piece comes out. My mum and sister get that too, it’s normal
