I’m 16 and i wanna lose some belly fat ! I need some tips and help !

Please do some research on healthy eating! But I’ll give you some tips:
1. Stop drinking pop/sugar water. Artificial sweeteners are just as bad and take a toll on your body. 
2. Read your labels! High fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, added sugars, and anything artificial is bad for you! For example.. if I you are going to buy peanut butter.. get a peanut butter that says “peanuts, less than 2 tsp of salt”. Smuckers natural is the BOMB.
3. Processed foods are a NO-NO! Anything packaged with preservatives and ANY fast food is terrible! 
4. Eat Whole Foods (this means do not eat so much packaged foods!! 100 calorie snack pack vs 120 calorie banana.... eat the banana!!!) Get a variety of colors in your diet. If this is hard to get fresh, get frozen packs of veggie medley’s and get frozen fruit for smoothies! 
5. Fiber is amazing! Fiber. Fiber. Fiber! 
6. Don’t be afraid of good fat, but do it moderately! TRANS FATS (hydrogenated oils) are terrible... but coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil... that’s niceeeee.
