Carb Counting and Finger Stick Question
So I won’t get to see the dietician until June 25th, but I am supposed to start finger sticks every morning fasting and 2 hours after meals starting tomorrow. Other than that I was told “cut back on sugar and watch your carbs.” I have no clue what my blood sugar levels should be, and how many carbs are okay at each meal and snack. I realize the dietician will go over this, but any advice is welcome on a good place to start while I wait to see the dietician.
