The thing about bangs this long, is that you’ll never wear them like that except for in pictures. Most of the time they’ll annoy you because they’re right there in your eyes, so you’ll pin them back or wear them over to the side. 
If you have your heart set on these, maybe try some face framing layers first and then go shorter if you still want to.
