Hello, me and my fiancé lost our daughter in 2011 and we are now ttc.. I am 12DPO as of today

Symptoms: dizzy, nausea, bloating, very emotional, fatigue( need at least 36 hours of sleep), irritable, cramping

AF is due tomorrow, however I have been having mild cramping for the last 3 days with a High temp, I read that at 12DPO if you have positive opk you could be pregnant bec the opk can not tell Lh from hcg so I bought the pack off amazon and did 2 OPK and 1 hpt. Please tell me what you think. I’m just a lil worried bec I am still having mild cramping and spotting on and off.

I have had a SB and MC before.
