Is this a positive TB test?

Hi! I got the TB test done now 30 hours ago and it's a bit red. Not sure whether this is positive or not. I would love if someone in the health field, RN, etc. can help me with this.

m- i just ran my fingers over it and it feels a little raised? nothing too obvious though, like there's not a bump or anything.

when its positive its raised...when its not it goes down

I think it looks fine. Mine bruised up when I got it.

My last TB skin test was done in August 2017 and it was negative. I just dont recall it being this red. :/
