My 3.5 month old doesnt really nap well. Hes napping around .5-2 hrs (if im lucky) per day. Yes. Today he only napped 30 mins the whole day and thats with me trying to soothe him and get him back to sleep. I feel like its cuz my milk supply has dropped also. Could that be related that hes not full and so cant sleep?

What should i do?

Its not a growth spurt btw cuz hes actually fallen off his growth curve
