Possible Eptopic Pregnancy...

Andrea

-I have Unicornuate Uterus and PCOS

-5/25/18 Frozen embryo transfer

-6/4/18 BETA test was positive, but HCG was only 28 so they continued to monitor

-6/6/18 HCG increased to 49

-6/8/18 HCG increased to 171, but noticed spotting that afternoon and bleeding/cramping/pain increased over the next few days

-6/10/18 HCG dropped to 113 and I was instructed to stop taking estrogen and progesterone supplements

-6/12/18 HCG increased to 486 and doctors are now concerned this may be an ectopic pregnancy... Going in 6/14/18 to check HCG levels again and an early ultrasound to see if gestational sac can be located.

Cramping and pain has improved. I'm praying that HCG continues to rise and that they're able to find and the sac and that it's in my uterus. Maybe this could still be a viable pregnancy and I can go on to deliver a healthy baby. If not, then I'm praying for my own safety and that'll I'll have an embryo implant in my uterus on the next IVF cycle. I have 7 more high quality embryos frozen and we at least know that I'm able to get pregnant.

Has anyone expired rising and falling HCG levels and gone on to have a viable pregnancy?

Is ectopic pregnancy more common with IVF? Is it more common with unicornuate uterus??
