Getting excited kinda

So we found out two weeks ago we are having our second boy. I really wanted a girl and kinda struggled with this. I have caught so much flack for not having a thrilled reaction when we popped the balloon and found out. Since I was hoping for a girl I had so many cute,fun,and vibrant colors picked out. Boy colors tend to be dull,kinda funny coming from me since blue and green are my fav colors,so I searched on Pinterest for boy color schemes. Two pictures popped up and I fell in love. They had bright blues and greens. Fun loud colors. One was a peacock and one was a lime with water and rain. So I took inspiration from them and went to Walmart and chose my yarn. I crochet so I knew this would be a way to help me feel excited!

And this is my blanket so far. Not perfect but I’m gonna pair it with black for the border. That will make it all come together.

So now I’m starting to get a little excited for a second boy. Now he just needs a name.
