2 really painful problems :((

So I’m only 17 and I’m 6 1/2 months pregnant, working at a very high demand fast food restaurant and I have a very painful hemmorhoid, as well as during the night time I have a VERY painful pain in my lower back when I’m walking. It makes it hard to get up and walk around, and as well as to kneel down to apply my hemmorhoid cream (which I don’t think is doing anything). Do you guys have any idea what the pain in my lower back could be? And how do I treat the hemmorhoid better so it goes away?
