am i okay?

usually when i am put in tremendous amount of stress or when someone is getting mad at me or something triggers me i get symptoms like: sweating, my face gets pale, i cant move my body, i have a hard time breathing, i feel like throwing up, & a bunch of fears over come me. am i getting panic attacks or just freaking out? and if you have the same problem how do you calm down? i usually loose my mind and start crying really hard.

i still remember the first time these symptoms started showing up i was really young and this one time it was really bad, someone got mad at me and we were both standing and i fainted, remember a few stuff (but everything was in slow motion), and woke up and i couldnt move my fingers like they were stuck.
