Yeast infection ???? Or something else ?

I’ve been having chunky discharge with a bad odor but no itching. It burns when I urinate sometimes, it looks like cottage cheese & milky in a way , white but yellow on toilet paper. Does anyone know if this is a yeast infection????

White and creamy "cottage cheese-like discharge" I know it disgusting but get it treated
and the burning + itching

Should go away in a day or two if you clean the inside with water and bicarbonate soda. If you have long nails, use one of the thin square wraps they use for injuries.
