Guys I really need help. I don’t know what to do. I’ve been with my bf for almost 2 years. I’ve been living with him. But I found this on his phone Bc it kept going off.

I don’t know what to do. I cried. I got home at 1am from work and found that. I left at 2 and came back home at 5 after sitting in a parking lot the whole time. He just got up (@ 6) and got dressed for school and I wanted to confront him but I couldn’t get any words out. What do I do. I’m so heartbroken.
