Very painful cramps woth no period
For 6 days now I have been having the most intense cramps I have ever had. My periods have never been "normal" and always overly heavy. I haven't gotten my period yet, its supposed to come tomorrow but I have been spotting for 5 days, bright red. As the days go on, it seems worse. Back pain, nausea, loss of appetite. I took a pregnancany test and it was negative. Any ideas or remedies to help me?
