Has anyone had a 5 day transfer ICSI with one embryo but ended up with twins?

had icsi with two but just lost one. the other is still hunkered down.

It’s very rare for that to happen thankfully.  I transferred 2 11 years ago and ended up with twins.  I know people that had theirs split.  Being a fraternal twin mom,  I am praying our next transfer we will not have the one we transfer split.  Identical twin pregnancies are even more complicated then fraternal.

I transferred two day5 embryos and ended up with none... twice. Two separate transfers doing two each. Everything looked great and they can’t explain it- numbers and lining we’re perfect. Embryos looked perfect.
