Late period and 3 days later some light bleeding

Hello.... just wondering if this has happened to anybody else.

My period has always been regular to the day! It was supposed to come 2 days ago but didn’t só o did a pregnancy test but it was negative. Today (what should have been the 3rd day of my period) I had some light bleeding. Could this be implantation bleeding and Has this happened to anyone where they found out they were in fact pregnant?
