Wow the pain

Sooo 99.9% sure I ovulated in the weeeee hours of this morning , as the intermittent stabbing pain was pretty vivacious! And now I have just a dull cramp across my entire lower abdomen... and my temp seems to have spiked nicely... what do u guys think? Chart below... now I continue my baby aspirin in the am, my thyroid med, and 2 slices of pineapple w core on an empty belly for the next 5 days , and let’s not forget progesterone cream 4 x a day until a pos or period ! Ugh
