Last day of work tomorrow

So I had an accident while at work today but thank god I had an emergency pad in my car. Unfortunately I work till 5pm everyday. I get the most terrible cramps on the first and second day. My last day of work is tomorrow but should I call out and tell them it’s cramps? Do you think they will understand or be assholes about it? If not, I’ll have to suffer with crime scenes and cramps all day.
