Need help!!
Hi I’m 14 and I’m on my schools swim team. I’m on the first day of my period and I was expecting it to be some other day but nope. I have practice tomorrow and I can’t change pads or tampons in the middle of practice. Are there any ways to deal with it? My coach is very misogynistic and would get really mad if I mentioned it. My flow is medium and my practices are an hour and a half but I’m still terrified
