anything I can give baby for easier bowel movements?

She's a little over 2 months old and is on Similac soy formula. Now that she's on soy her bm's seem really thick and she is only getting a lil out at a time. I dont want to switch formula because I get tell it's much better on her stomach spit up wise but I was wondering if there was anything I can give her every so often so it's easier for her to poop?

If it’s the same texture/consistency as peanut butter then that’s normal. I talked to my sons Pediatrician because his was mushy in texture and consistency and she said that’s perfectly fine!

Soy formula can be constipating so you should ask your pediatrician how to balance that out.

Prune juice.. like a teaspoon everyday.I can’t remember exactly. I did use it with my son per pediatrician

Pear juice!  My little one had the same issue and I started giving her a little pear juice since about 4 weeks (half an ounce a day mixed into her bottle - a quarter ounce in the morning and a quarter in the evening). It worked wonders and she hasn't had any issues since. It's getting better though (she's 6 weeks today) so I only give it when she's struggling now.
