Period every 2 weeks

I use to know by this app all the time when my period was going to come like it was always on time with the app but from January it has been coming every 2 weeks and can’t even tell when it going to come it just come out of the blue.i’m lucky in one way as my period is not very sore and it only lasted for like 4 day medium bleeding and two day of that is sort of light.
