Strange bleeding

Hi everyone just wondered if anyone could maybe give me some idea as what might be wrong I had my normal period on 27th may it was really heavy but I just put it down to being a couple days late or lasted 5 days which is normal

For me but then a week later I got such bad pains down one side and started bleeding again it’s now a week later and I’m still in agony losing clots off blood every couple of hours I’ve never had anything like it
