Any advise for me like when I go to sleep I need a way not to leak so yeah

so weird advice, but I used to leak every time I got my period until I did this. Whether it will work for you depends on your flow, but I just use a pad, sometimes an overnight pad if necessary, and sleep in this way. Blood will leak whether your legs are tight together or not, so I just angle myself such that it will leak into the pad. Hope this helps! Sorry for the bad illustration. Basically my pelvis is facing down, and the top leg is slightly bent. Then if you’re a side sleeper, you can twist your upper body accordingly. If you like to face up... good luck?

tampon or cup? I usually use a a tampon (changed in the middle of the night) with a panty liner.
