So I stumbled upon this article online... the question on the forum was “is it possible to get a regular period (think you weren’t pregnant) but actually be pregnant?”

It's possible to have some bleeding during pregnancy (very rare especially the entire 9 months) however, it's not a period. a period is when your uterus lining sheds which cannot happen when pregnant or that would be a miscarriage.

When my MIL thinks one of us is pregnant (she gets dreams everytime one of the 3 DIL get pregnant, it never fails!) she always tells us to take a test even if we are on our periods because she has a feeling. She went 5 months of her first pregnancy mot knowing she was pregnant because she still had a period! Now that baby is 26!

My cousin and sister had a period for a good couple months so they didn’t know they were pregnant til like 4 months ... or 5 I don’t remember which.
