My period is late by 3 days & I just noticed when I squeeze my boobs small amount of  clear discharge comes out, out of both of them. What does this mean!!!

If you're thinking it may be due to pregnancy, I'm sorry - but your boobs don't start leaking until you're in the second trimester of pregnancy... usually around 16/17 weeks if you've had children previously, later if this is a first baby.
Any discharge from your boobs unless you are at the point in pregnancy or are post partum should be checked by a doctor.
If you're 3 days late for your period I'd also  recommend taking a pregnancy test
