I work at a local bar and the owner is kind of mistreating me. (Maybe?)

Here's the story; last sunday I was working and the owner was working with us because she was kinda cooking. I was tasked to man the grill so i did so. When i was cooking a burger patty we always check by pressing down on it so see if there’s still blood in with the grease, so i did just that. But to my surprise she pulled my shoulder back real hard and scolded me. I didn’t know what was happening but apparently that’s not the way to do it. Same day, she asked me to ring a coworker for confirmation on something so i did and apparently i was taking a long time and she just yanked the phone against my face. Im thinking of quitting. What are all your thoughts?
